Hawaii Convention Center & Hilton Hawaiian Village
PRiME 2024 is scheduled to take place as planned October 6-11 in Honolulu.
While there are ongoing labor disputes at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, neither the Hawaiian Convention Center nor the Ala Moana Hotel, our other partner hotel, are experiencing labor strikes.
Be advised that the Unite Here Local 5 union has been contacting some people listed in the PRiME Meeting Guide and/or on the ECS website, urging them to cancel Hilton Hawaiian Village reservations. Should you receive such outreach, please do not be alarmed or feel compelled to cancel your reservation. Operations at the Hilton continue, and the strike should have no impact on any reservations made with the Hilton.
